Royal Mail Strikes 2022

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort, and deliver parcels and letters to take strike action on dates throughout October, November & December.

Please bear in mind these strikes dates when placing orders. We will do our best to ensure you receive orders in a timely manner. 

Christmas Delivery Dates 2022

Please allow plenty of time for posting this Christmas.

These are the last dates to order at DIPSODA to receive in time for Christmas.

UK Next Working Day Delivery (when available) - Thursday 22 December 2022

Delivery Costs

UK Free Delivery available on all orders

UK Standard Delivery is £2.95 

UK Next Working Day Delivery (Tracked) is £6.95

3-5 working days (excludes public holidays)

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

UK Standard Delivery

1-3 working days (excludes public holidays)

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

UK Next Working Day Delivery (Tracked)

Must be ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday to arrive the following working day (excludes public holidays).

FAQs

What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

Most orders will fit through letter boxes. On the occasion that your order doesn't, you should receive a Royal Mail card through your letter box if there is no one at home to accept your order. Royal Mail may attempt to deliver your order the following day or send it to your local Post Office for you to collect.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you're in the UK and have not received your order in seven working days of when you originally placed the order, please email us at hello@dipsoda.com.


Please be advised that we cannot be responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address to ensure correct delivery of your order can be made.
