Most orders will fit through letter boxes. On the occasion that your order doesn't, you should receive a Royal Mail card through your letter box if there is no one at home to accept your order. Royal Mail may attempt to deliver your order the following day or send it to your local Post Office for you to collect.

What happens if I do not receive my order?
If you're in the UK and have not received your order in 10 working days of when you originally placed the order, please email us at hello@dipsoda.com.
Please be advised that we cannot be responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address to ensure correct delivery of your order can be made.
